Concentric hose reel with arm

Top hose reel without arm

Suction arm

Operator arm mounted on the rear of the vehicle, fitted with flexible suction hose, 200 mm diameter, hose end with shock absorber and complete with CAPASP joint.
Material suction line fitted with a pneumatically actuated DN 250 mm slide valve. The material is drawn in and carried to the tank via an internal hose, with wear-resistant treatment, for loading from the top, flanged for easy replacement and with upper cover plate.
This operator arm allows easy suction from the rear of the vehicle, with four hydraulically-actuated articulations and turntable controlled by proportional solenoid valves.
Operator arm technical specifications:
Arm length 6 m;
Rotation on vertical axis 225°;
180° rotation on first arm articulation;
Accessible depth 1 m (without extension);
Two stabiliser legs ensure system stability on the ground.
All movements can be managed using a wired control panel or radio control (if set up for radio control) with proportional joysticks.

Suction spout

completely servo-assisted, with:
swivel joint for connection to the sludge compartment;
pneumatically actuated shutoff valve;
hose guide arm with hose;
featuring three hydraulic movements;
R/L arm rotation (270° rotation);
raise/lower arm;
extend arm;
controls in control box and radio control.

If the setup does not feature radio control, a handheld control panel is available with the same controls, connected
to the side control box via an 8-10 metre long cable
